  • Masks are mandatory in all common areas of the building and Executive Suites.
  • Sanitation stations are provided throughout.
  • Both WPB and Boca buildings have a janitorial crew to  sanitize all common area surfaces numerous times throughout each work day.
  • Conference rooms are sanitized after each use.
  • The lobby security and reception desks have sneeze guards (Plexiglas shields).
  • Maximum occupant requirements  in conference rooms, plexiglass partition provided in conference room and other rooms upon request.
  • Plexiglass shield installation in tenant offices are available upon request.
  • Janitorial crews are following CDC cleaning guidelines and using CDC recommended products.
  • Doors are open for better pedestrian circulation and less touch points.
  • Disposable utensils and coffee/ tea supplies are provided in all cafes.
  • Bathroom faucets have been adjusted to provide 20+ seconds of water.
  • Limited seating in lobby and cafes- chairs have been positioned for social distancing.
  • The cafés and copy rooms have signage depicting limited occupancy for each room to assure social distancing.
  • A Maximum of 4 people are permitted in each elevators, signage provided for clarification on maximum occupants
